I have to admit I’d never really heard of LuLaRoe until a few of my facebook friends started raving about it and selling it. Initially, I just looked and kept it moving. The prints aren’t really my thing and the styles don’t really jive with how I view my own personal style. Anyway, while thrifting to add to my Poshmark Closet I came across two pair of LuLaRoe leggings and immediately realized why they are considered a cult favorite. They feel surprisingly well made, they are super duper soft and cozy feeling in your hands. So I grabbed both pair with intentions on listing them for sale, got them home and washed them. I was about half way through my pregnancy, meaning none of my clothes fit, all I really wanted to walk about butt naked with a bra cause … sore boobs – then I saw the leggings I put them on and that was it. Forget about selling them, I loved them. They are so comfy, easily accommodated my spreading hips, larger thighs and growing belly. I paired them with an oversized (is anything really oversized during pregnancy?) chambray top and flip flops and I was stylish and most importantly comfy.
I hit up my bestie like “do you know Lularoe?” Of course she did, I told her how I wanted to try more of the items. We both agreed everything looks super comfortable but we also agreed that if you’re not careful LuLaRoe can turn you into a frumpy housewife. Before you get all bent outta shape, hear me out. Everything is so comfortable and forgiving as far as putting on a little weight here or there, I mean those lettings are a OS (one size) and fit me when I was up about 15-20 pounds. My regular clothes could never do that and send quick alert if I put on a pound or two. So try out LuLaRoe at your own risk! 🙂
