Sexy Clear Back

Back breakouts are the worst! Nothing ruins a sexy outfit with a low cut back like a breakout on your back. Thankfully, there's tons of new and old products out there that can help you treat and prevent back and body acne.
One of my favorite new products is the Proactiv Cleansing Bar. I love this bar because it's a really good size, it lathers amazingly well, and smells good. The main active ingredient is Salicylic Acid, but it's only 1% so this will work best for really mild acne unless your skin is sensitive to salicylic acid. My breakouts laugh in the face of salicylic acid unless the percentage is in the double digits, but I like using this soap because something is better than nothing. Another bonus? The soap has the same extra fine exfoliating properties as the facial cleanser, but the best way to feel it is to skip a cloth and just use your hands.

For those of you who prefer a body wash, Oxy has a good one. The OXY Acne Solutions hydrating body wash has 2% salicylic acid and is just as gender neutral as the Proactiv Cleansing Bar.

If your skin is a tad bit sensitive on top of acne prone, Phisoderm Anti-Blemish Body wash is a great option because it's pH balanced and has skin soothing ingredients like aloe and chamomile.

If salicyclic acid doesn't do it for you at all, glycolic acid is another great ingredient. Glytone Body Retexturize Exfoliating Body Wash has just enough glycolic acid to help keep your skin looking beautiful. Glycolic acid helps exfoliate skin and speed skin turn over to get rid of dark marks from breakouts.

There are many body wash products that are designed to clear your blemishes, but not all of them work. I guess it depends from person to person.

I also heard lots of good things about these specific products, especially about the Phisoderm Anti-Blemish Body wash which has aloe vera in it.

But I think you also have to be aware of the ingredients these products have, it might be one of those substances that may cause the breakouts.

I know I have a mild acne on my back, I do not use any cream or product, I just control it with diet. Sometimes is worse, sometimes is better, depends on what I eat, how much water I drink every day and how much stress I have.

All these aspects are important for clearing up your back.
