Poolside Primping by Too Faced
This summer I plan on doing tons of Poolside Primping! That's when I spotted Too Faced Summer Collection, Poolside Primping I knew I had to share that and what I actually keep by my poolside lounge chair.
Too Faced Poolside Primping is a $105.00 value set for just $42.00. The set comes in a brown and pink striped bag featuring Deluxe Primp and Poreless SPF 20 Bronze Tint Face Primer, Glamour Lipgloss in Peek-a-boo, Black Lashgasm mascara, perfect lips lip liner, and Caribbean in a Compact in Sun Bunny. Fun to take along on a vacation and while fabulous products, these aren't exactly my poolside beauty picks.
Beauty Blvd.'s Pool Side Beauty Picks:
1. Sun block and lots of it! Just because we're brown girls doesn't mean we can't develop skin cancer. I'm on a never ending mission to find the most perfect sunblock for brown skin. My favorites from last year are Supergoop and Coola, because both will not make your skin turn that ghoolish shade of purple.
2. Water! Sitting out in the sun will make you sweat, replace your fluids with nice ice cold water.
3. Leonor Greyl Huile de Palme hair oil is a hair care staple for me at the poolside. Not only does it replace the moisture that's been stripped from my hair because of the chlorine, it can also be applied pre-dip to help block some of the chlorine from sinking into my hair. It's a win-win situation.
4. Chapstick with SPF - Don't forget the moisturize your lips and protect them from sunburn. What could be worse than sun burned lips? My favorite is BioCare Lip Treatment with SPF 20.
