Public Restroom Survival

This is probably TMI, but I have a pretty easily irritated stomach and that's putting it lightly. There are certain foods that I just shouldn't eat, but I do it anyway so I'm always heading to the nearest restroom. The nearest restroom is usually not a pretty place, let alone a place where you really want to do your business. Over the years, I've come to carry things that make public restrooms a little bit more pleasant. Here's a sneak peek into my stash!

Poo~Pourri is used like no other deodorizer, BEFORE you go to the bathroom. Whether you are traveling cross-country by plane, sharing a bathroom with co-workers or visiting your fiancĂ©'s family for the first time - your bathroom emergencies will be your secret! Just a couple sprays of this citrus oil into the toilet creates a film along the water’s surface that traps odor at its source. Leaving ZERO odor behind! Read more about it here.

The original formula comes in a convenient 2 oz. bottle and sells for $9.99, available at select boutiques as well as the Poo~Pourri website. My favorite scent is No.2!

Charmin On the Go! I've found that public restrooms usually have the absolute WORST toliet paper. Plus, I'm sure you've found yourself in the unfortunate situation of reaching down and oops there's no paper there. Well, Charmin to go ends that problem! It's small enough to carry anywhere and it really does come in handy. I've always been lucky enough to find this in my local dollar store.

TOLETTA is the world's first premium brand of purse sized travel packs of paper toilet seat covers. Tissues are flushable and made from large sheets of 3ply toilet paper. Each seat cover is 20% larger and 42% thicker than other brands. That flimsy tissue paper cover is a thing of the past!
