Clear Correct Braces Update
It's been a while since I've written about my Clear Correct braces. Yes, the quest for perfect teeth is still in full effect. In the beginning, I was really good with wearing my trays for the recommended 22 hours a day. Yes, 22 hours every single day, basically you only remove your trays to eat and brush your teeth. Then, I sort of fell off the wagon. Taking them out, putting them in, taking them out again, it got old - really fast. Fast forward to now and I'm wearing them for about 20-22 hours a day again, why? Because I'm ready to be done with this already. Plus more importantly, my dentist explained that when you don't follow the rules your teeth are moving back and forth which is no good. For my specific case, I have about 21-22 trays to go through (you wear 1 tray for 2 weeks) and I'm only on tray 8. I really should be further along but when you don't keep them in like you are supposed to you have to wear them for longer.
I totally plan on updating you guys more frequently, this way hopefully it'll give me some motivation to make some progress here ... so stay tuned.
