Whenever I use this I just have to sing one of my favorite Beyonce songs... Sugar Mama! This scrub is amazing, it's lightly exfoliates with ultra-fine sugar. With shea butter, coconut and honey leave skin deliciously supple and then aloe and vitamin E soothe skin leaving it delightfully soft and smooth. This will not be left in the bathroom or the shower, yes it's that good. After you scrub down in the shower (I actually prefer to step out the shower to scrub down) you don't even need lotion or body oil. I'm loving it! It's fantastic and while we're at it enjoy my favorite song!
