Stay Safe Avoid Swine Flu
As many of my readers know, my 'day' job is nursing. I'm a nurse in a hospital and I absolutely love it. Let me tell you, most people take their health for granted until something big happens in the public, currently it's the Swine Flu that has people up in arms. I'm not trying to downplay Swine Flu and it's seriousness, I'm just saying the general population needs to be more cautious and careful day to day. It's as simple, hand washing is the most important thing you can do to protect yourself from all different kinds of germs, viruses, and nasty bugs.
I know your excuse.... "I'm not always around a sink with warm water and soap." Okay, I understand, you are very busy...
