Layering is not just for your tee's anymore! Try layering your fragrance! Give new meaning to signature scent, instead of opting for a standard counter perfume, purchase a few simple scents and build on them until you have a scent that's totally your own. I got a bottle of Red Roses by Jo Malone and I hated it. The scent just did nothing for me, I kind of figured I wouldn't like it because I hate roses. So I gave the bottle to my grandmother who loves flowers, especially roses. Then later that day I caught a whiff of a wonderful scent coming from my Gram, but I just knew it couldn't be that perfume I had given her... turns out she put that perfume on top of a scented lotion and it smelled amazing. I can't remember what scented lotion she had used, but the combination of the lotion and Red Roses was great. So my Gram inspired me to mix up some different scents to create something unique to me. I'm turning to other fragrances from Jo Malone, because I love how her scents are simplistic without too much going on like Pomegranate Noir and Grapefruit. Once I find my perfect mix, I'll share it here so keep you eyes peeled.
