Rock the Look: Rihanna's make-up
I LOVE Rihanna and her make-up here at the FabFive Vanity Fair Party. The event was hosted during Milian Fashion Week on September 25, 2008 at the Triennale Design Museum, just in case you were curious. Again, Rihanna proves why great skin is the first ingredient to a great make-up look. Re-create Rihanna's look with minimal make-up.
Face
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Even if you have oily skin, moisture is important - choose an oil-free moisturizers that can help combat oiliness. Then, conceal any imperfections that you may have, add your foundation, and set with powder. If you are like me you skip those steps and just use a moisturizer (sometimes tinted) and some concealer. In this look, bronzer is used to give the face some contour. I would use Stila Sun for just a bronze look or a blush/bronzer duo like Nars Orgasm/Laguna for a peachy/bronze look.
Eyes
Pick up Lorac's Starry-Eyed Baked Eyeshadow Trio in Superstar to achieve Rihanna's eye. Next, line the entire eye with a black liner, try Dior Crayon Eyeliner with the blending tip to help slightly blend out the liner near the corners of each eye. Pop on some mascara and a nude lipstick and you're own your way!
